Return Policy

The following guidelines will apply to all returns and exchanges:

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Great Image Designs by contacting
1-888-485-1340.

Packages not in compliance with the return procedure will be refused at the customer's expense.

All returns and exchanges must take place within 10 days of the purchase. Except in cases of manufacture defect.

We will not except any merchandise that has been worn, soiled, altered, damaged or laundried. All orginal tags must still be attached to merchandise.
